What file formats do you take?
Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, and clean DWG/IFC exports. If it opens, we can build from it. Send the model with materials attached when you have them — it saves a round of back-and-forth.
Gavelo turns your CAD files into photoreal stills, walkthrough animations, and 360° tours. The kind of images that help a firm win the pitch before a single footing is poured.

A typical exterior set of three to five views lands in 7–10 business days: two days to block the scene, your markups mid-week, finals the following week. Rush work compresses that to 3 days for an added fee.
Two. The first after the grey-shade draft (camera, composition, massing), the second on the lit colour frame. Extra rounds are billed hourly at $110 — most projects never need them.
Yes. We regularly work from hand sketches and schematic plans and fill in the detail ourselves. Expect one extra draft round so we can agree on the parts the drawings left open.
You do — full commercial rights on delivery, for competition boards, websites, and print. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you’re under NDA, which we’ll sign before files change hands.
Fixed price per project, quoted up front from your scope. Fifty percent to start the scene, balance on delivery, invoiced net 30. No hourly surprises unless you request work beyond the agreed views.
Gavelo started as a two-person operation building competition images for Fairfield County architects who were tired of flat, plastic-looking renders. It still is. The same pair of eyes that frames your scene grades the final light — nothing gets handed to a render farm and forgotten.
We care about the boring parts: correct glass reflections, grass that doesn’t repeat, furniture at the right scale, a sky that matches the latitude. That’s what makes a jury lean in.
— the frame is only as honest as the light.
Photoreal daytime or overcast exteriors — the hero shot of the building in its site, with real context and planting.
